LZR is a privately owned company and thus stands for long-term sustainable decisions and procedures and investments.

The LZR has 33 productive forces, including six apprentices "Maler- und Lackierer" and 13 skilled workers in the technical field of painting.

Process planning and operating scheduling will be conducted by competent longstanding professionals (engineers, master craftsman and technical skilled staff). The operational quality controls are carried out by the shift supervisors theirselfs and is accompanied and supervised by a specialist for quality assurance.
